Mac version and some changes

I've finally put a Mac version up. The UI buttons may be a little wonky due to my having to create "synthetic buttons" that more reliably responded to clicks.

All versions now see a minor adjustment to the pause menu, and acceleration to sort of balance the gameplay.

Again, I'm fishing for feedback.
