Bug Fix:Mouse needed to be locked to the window

Fixed a flaw in controlling the "Mouselook" control: It now correctly responds to situations where, otherwise, the mouse would go out of the window. I thank Appleguysnake of Philly Game Mechanics for bringing this to my attention.

As you've likely figured, this is my first time trying to write a first-person shooter (FPS).
